Responsibilities
- Prospect for buyer leads and needs, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level needs analyses.
- Follow up with all leads with a prescribed cadence.
- Select homes that meet clients’ needs, identifying homes that best meet those needs, refining needs, and closing to contract offers.
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
- Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers
- Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
Qualifications:
- Must be coachable & solution oriented
- Valid Real Estate License
- Willing to learn and use scripts and dialogues
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Willing to follow a calendar
- Tech savvy
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
